Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Please note there may be delays caused by (but not limited to): periods of high volume sales (e.g. festive holidays), poor weather and/or during industrial action.

Domestic Shipping Rates (United Kingdom)

Shipping is charged at £7.45 (inclusive of VAT) per order. Shipping is free-of-charge for orders over £500. (5-7 business days from order confirmation)

European Shipping Rates

Shipping to countries in Europe (including Switzerland) is charged at £29.95 per order (3-17 business days from order confirmation).

International Shipping Rates

Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam - £55 per order (3-17 business days from order confirmation)

Israel and South Africa - £65 per order (3-17 business days from order confirmation)
